Motherhood, such a powerful word. Motherhood changes every aspect of one's life. Life changes suddenly when you become a mum. The way you view things changes. It's a good feeling to have someone who depends on you in almost everything.
In this journey, you can get overwhelmed but you should never quit. The benefits are more than the troubles. That awesome feeling when you get in the house and my son comes towards me (though he can not talk yet) is great. You get to know that your child recognizes you and only you as his mother.
You go to shopping to buy yourself some goodies. What happens? You come back home with goodies for your child. Motherhood is selfless. Motherhood is priceless. Mother hood is a feeling I can not explain.
Once you become a mother the word 'me time' doesn't make sense. Your child becomes your shadow. Everything you do is directed to him/her. You work hard to better his life. All you want is for child to have a better life than the one you lived.
Motherhood makes you become a lioness. No one can hurt your child and you stand there quiet. You attack, you are ready to die for your child. You get that mentality, 'Come to me first before getting to my child'.
